SS-1 / SS-4 - Pesells

General description:

New stage this year. Flat surface, most of it covered with gravel stones, alternating wide and narrow sections. It is mostly gravel surface, although with some asphalted sections on which the cars usually do not exceed 100 kph. The highlights are a very bad intersection with rocks at km 9.10 next to Arenys de Lledó, and another complicated intersection with a gradient at km 19.8. Ideal special stage to warm-up.

Spectator areas ZP-1

Long and quick bends with gravel and little visibility due to vegetation.

Access: From Bot, following T-334 (KP 10.100), take the gravel track heading for Caseres.

Services: You may park on the access track, but avoiding to block the passage of other spectators.

Fast gravel section with excellent surface, zigzagging and medium-radius bends.

Access: Through Arenys de Lledó, arriving from Horta de Sant Juan following TV-3341.

Services: Car park in the village (Arenys de Lledó).

Fast gravel section, with tight intersection on a bumpy surface.

Access: Like ZP-2, but 1 km away.

Services: Car park after exiting the village (Arenys de Lledó).

Spectator areas ZP-4

Slow intersection, 90º, T-shaped, light ascent. Drivers will have to use the brakes but also make use of the amplitude, resulting in spectacular skids.

Access: From the village of Caseres, follow the gravel route to Castell de Mudèfer

Services: You may park on the access road to the stage but without blocking the passage.

Fast bends on excellent surface with a view at the finish.

Access: From Bot, following the small track (cemetery) until the stage finish.

Services: Car park in the built-up area of Bot, very close to the SS finish.
