Rally Class finishes its first season at the RallyRACC

Rally Class, the single-make series raced with group N Subaru Impreza STR12 machines, organised by Symtech Racing from Belgium, will also be closing their season in Spain. After five scoring rounds, the latest at Rally Italy-Sardinia, Rally Class is currently being led by Ukrainian driver Yuryi Protasov who has a quite comfortable advantage to clinch the title ahead of Mexican driver Ricardo Triviño, who has been accompanied throughout the season by the versatile Catalan co-driver Alex Haro.

The scores in each race are awarded according to the overall position achieved in the rally and the number of stage wins. The overall winner will take part in five rounds of the 2013 WRC at the wheel of a Subaru Impreza R4; the runner-up will race at two rallies with an Impreza STR12, while the third classified will enjoy a complete test session with the Impreza R4.
