SS-7 / SS-10– El Priorat / La Ribera d’Ebre – 38.27 kms.

General description:
This is with no doubt the ‘star stage' of the RallyRACC Catalunya - Costa Daurada. It is the result of joining the El Lloar-La Figuera stage with the last section of the Margalef stage, thus creating a 38.270-km stage with good surface and a very technical layout linking two of the main municipalities visited by the rally: El Priorat and La Ribera de Ebre The special starts on the T-732 after passing El Lloar. It begins with a combination of long bends and a faster and very technical area until the much frequented El Molar junction, where it takes the T-730 to pass La Figuera, the start of a twisty descent, to continue on the T-714 coming from La Torre de l’Español. From here, the special has been lengthened towards La Bisbal de Falset, taking the T-702, and after 7 km combining long bends and fast sections, it borders the village after crossing a bridge. From La Bisbal de Falset the stage enters its ‘final straight’ with further 9 km until La Palma d’Ebre.

ZP-1 is at the exit of El Lloar. The stage starts with a sequence of long bends linked by fast sections.

Spectator areas ZP-2
ZP-2 is one of the most spectacular spots of the rally, the junction of El Molar with a 180º angle, in which cars habitually use their handbrakes. You have to get there early since there is no natural stand and there is not a good visibility.

Access-1: Form Alcover, take the TV-7041 and after some 11 km you reach the old stage. Then turn left heading for Mon-ral, to reach the stage after some 8 km.

Access-2: From the village of García following C-12, take T-731 to El Molar.

Services:
- Large parking area in El Molar.
- Very limited parking space on the road coming from El Masroig.

Spectator areas ZP-3

ZP-3 starts at the junction between T-730 and T-714. It has a rather delicate braking section on linked bends and then the stage continues along a section with large visibility.

Access: Take the T-714 coming from C-14 passing by Vinebre, leaving La Torre de l’Espanyol behind. The stage is located at Km 3.9 of the T-714.

Services: Limited parking space on the T-714.

Spectator areas ZP-4

ZP-4 is a small spectator area on the junction coming from Cabacés. The same crossing is a very fast section with hardly any good place, although following the stage to the start, we find two fast left-handers with better visibility and location.

Access: From T-702 coming from Cabacés from the northern area of El Priorat.

Services: Limited parking space on the T-702.

Spectator areas ZP-5

ZP-5 is in the village of La Bisbal de Falset. It is a 90º left-hand junction reached after a fast section crossing the bridge of the Montsant river. IT is an area with excellent visibility and location from the hill at the end of this picturesque village.

Access: Te only option to reach this point is to access from Bellaguarda and Margalef, since the access coming from northeast will be closed due to the La Llena stage. If you are coming from the North, take exit 6 of the AP-2, follow the C-12 to the south until reaching the C-242 heading for Granadella and Bellaguarda. Coming from the South, follow the C-12 from Mora d’Ebre and after Flix take the C-233 to Granadella. From that point, continue 9 km on the C-242 cross Bellaguarda and continue 12 km to Margalef. Nearby the village, there will be a vehicle passage control, 3 km from the stage, according to the number of cars already in La Bisnal.

Services: Parking area in the soccer filed of La Bisbal de Falset if accessing before midnight. During the day, the access of vehicles to the soccer field will be controlled until filled. Then, the access to Margalef will be closed from 3 km.

Spectator areas ZP-6

ZP-6 is another very interesting spot of the stage, since it is an area with large visibility. The stage coincides with the junction coming from the old Margalef stage and we find a very long left-hander within a natural grandstand, an ideal place to enjoy the rally comfortably and safe.

Access: Using the same access as for Zp-5 to Bellaguarda, take the asphalted road 500 metres before the junction of the T-713. When reaching the angle which was the 2007 stage, continue to the right and the asphalted road will take us to the stage.

Services: Limited car park on the access road.
