Tarragona County Council venue of the presentation of the 44 RallyRACC Catalunya-COSTA DAURADA route

The itinerary of the 44th edition of the RallyRACC Catalunya-COSTA DAURADA, Rally de Espaņa, 12th scoring round of the World Rally Championship, to be held from 2 to 5 October in the area of Tarragona based in Salou and PortAventura, will be revealed on Wednesday, May 7th, morning, at a presentation in the Tarragona County Council.
All novelties and significant changes of the rally will also be made known during the event. Despite the structure and scheme of the race being very similar to previous years, a major novelty will be the change of location for the Shakedown stage, as well as the inclusion of two completely new stages, one of which will be visiting the Catalan province of Lleida for the first time.
The presentation of the route and the race maps will also mean the completion of the Rally Guide 1, which was published last April 30th and can be found in the Documents section of the website.

After 12 months online, the RallyRACC Catalunya-COSTA DAURADA website has become a usual place of reference for rally fans, followers and teams. A total of 5,313,377 pages were visited by 411,683 users in 2007. The highest figures were recorded in September and October, which is when the largest amount of news on the RallyRACC is published. A total of 818,699 pages were visited in September, while in October, the month of the RallyRACC, the number of hits increased to 3,914,461. Almost daily news on the WRC and all the information of the Spanish round can be downloaded at www.rallyracc.com. During the RallyRACC days, fans will be able to follow the race live with the intermediate and end-of-the stage times, classifications, drivers' comments and high-definition pictures, thus offering a leading service in the WRC.
