Tommi Makinen (Mitsubishi): Ha finalizado cuarto. "Por la mañana habíamos puesto las suspensiones demasiado duras y ahora todo va mucho mejor".
François Delecour (Peugeot): Ha finalizado décimo ya que ha roto el cambio y los últimos tres kilómetros los ha hecho tan sólo con la tercera marcha.
Carlos Sainz (Ford): "El tramo estaba un poco más sucio que en la primera pasada, pero estoy satisfecho y las cosas van bastante bien".
Didier Auriol (Seat): Ha finalizado séptimo. "He puesto ruedas más duras. El coche salta mucho más y las cosas van mejor de lo que esperaba".
Marcus Gronhölm (Peugeot): Ha finalizado sexto. "Por la mañana el coche se movía mucho y hemos cambiado las suspensiones en el parque de asistencia, pero no estoy muy satisfecho de cómo han respondido. Es un problema que llevamos arrastrando durante todo el Rallye".
Freddy Loix (Mitsubishi): Ha roto el manguito de los frenos justo antes del control horario y ha tenido que desmontar la rueda él mismo. Por este motivo ha sido penalizado.
Luis Climent (Skoda): Ha finalizado decimosexto. "He tenido muchos problemas con el repartidor de frenada y he debido hacer los diez últimos kilómetros sin frenos".
Juha Kankkunen (Subaru): Ha finalizado vigesimosegundo. "Me ha explotado el neumático delantero izquierdo y hemos hecho diez kilómetros con sólo la llanta".
Oriol Gómez (Mitsubishi): "He tenido problemas eléctricos con el cable que va al árbol de levas. Hemos conseguido arreglarlo, pero ya estábamos fuera de tiempo y no hemos podido salir. Hemos tenido muy mala suerte".

Tommi Makinen (Mitsubishi): Finished in fourth position. "This morning we set the suspension too hard, and now now things are going much better".
François Delecour (Peugeot): Finished tenth because he broke the gearchange, and did the last 3 kilometers only with the third gear.
Carlos Sainz (Ford): "The stage was bit dirtier than in the first lap, but I'm satisfied and things are going pretty well".
Didier Auriol (Seat): Finished in seventh position. "I put harder tires. The car bumps a lot, and things are going better than we had expected".
Marcus Gronhölm (Peugeot): Finished in sixth position. "This morning the car vibrated a lot and we changed the suspension in the assistance park, but I'm not satisfied with how it responded. It is a problem that we've been having during the entire Rallye".
Freddy Loix (Mitsubishi): He broke the brake pipe right before the time control and had to change the wheel himself. He was penalized for this reason.
Luis Climent (Skoda): Finished sixteenth. "I had a lot of problems with the brake bias and I had to do the last ten kilometers without brakes".
Juha Kankkunen (Subaru): Finished in twenty-second position. "The front left tire punctured and we ran ten kilometers with just the rim".
Oriol Gómez (Mitsubishi): "I had electric problems with the wire that goes to the camshaft. We managed to fix it, but we were already out of the time limit and we weren't able to start. We have been very unlucky".

Tommi Makinen (Mitsubishi): Ha finalitzat quart. "Pel matí havíem posat les suspensions massa dures i ara tot va molt millor".
François Delecour (Peugeot): Ha finalitzat desè ja que ha trencat el canvi i els darrers tres quilòmetres els ha fet tan sols amb la tercera marxa.
Carlos Sainz (Ford): "El tram estava una mica més brut que en la primera passada, però estic satisfet i les coses van bastant bé".
Didier Auriol (Seat): Ha finalitzat setè. "He posat rodes més dures. El cotxe salta molt més i les coses van millor del que esperava".
Marcus Gronhölm (Peugeot): Ha finalitzat sisè. "Pel matí el cotxe vibrava molt i hem canviat les suspensions en el parc d'assistència, però no estic molt satisfet de com han respòs. És un problema que portem arrossegant durant tot el Rallye".
Freddy Loix (Mitsubishi): Ha trencat el maneguet dels frens just abans del control horari i ha hagut de desmontar la roda ell mateix. Per aquest motiu ha estat penalitzat.
Luis Climent (Skoda): Ha finalitzat setzè. "He tingut molts problemes amb el repartidor de frenada i he hagut de fer els deu últims quilòmetres sense frens".
Juha Kankkunen (Subaru): Ha finalitzat vintidosè. "M'ha explotat el pneumàtic davanter esquerre i hem fet deu quilòmetros amb només la llanda".
Oriol Gómez (Mitsubishi): "He tingut problemes elèctrics amb el cable que va a l'arbre de lleves. Hem aconseguit arreglar-ho, però ja estàvem fora de temps i no hem pogut sortir. Hem tingut molt mala sort".
