Toyota becomes the image of the 54 RallyRACC

17/07/2018

The 54 RallyRACC CATALUNYA-COSTA DAURADA, Rally de España 2018, has launched its official poster. The protagonist of the graphic image of this rally that will take place from 25 to 28 October, is a splendid Toyota Yaris WRC of the Toyota Gazoo Racing team. Toyota, has not only become the external image of the rally, but also the Official Sponsor of the event. With three months left for the staging of the event, the WRC round has reached an agreement with one of the makes that is directly involved in the FIA World Championship; the RallyRACC being its penultimate scoring round.

The company has a significant commercial base in Spain, and will occupy a prominent position in the image and promotion of the rally: official poster, presence in all of the technical documents and informative leaflets; official programme; banderoles and other advertising elements in Salou; presence in all sorts of events, as well as at the Race Control in the PortAventura World Convention Centre.

Toyota Gazoo Racing World Rally Team is performing now its second season as official make in the WRC. So far, they have achieved 1 victory (Tänak/Argentina), 2 second places (Tänak/Monte Carlo and Corsica) and 2 third places (Latvala/Monte Carlo and Lappi/Sardinia). Toyota is currently on third position of the Manufacturers' Overall Standings and their drivers are on third (Ott Tänak), fourth (Esapekka Lappi) and ninth (Jari-Matti Latvala) position.

Light changes on the 2nd Rally Day
