Hyundai, protagonist of the 53 RallyRACC poster

02/08/2017

The graphic image of the 53 RallyRACC CATALUNYA-COSTA DAURADA, Rally de España 2017, is already shining bright. With two months left for the start of the event, the world championship round has launched the official poster featuring the Hyundai i20 Coupé WRC driven by the Spanish crew made up of Dani Sordo and Marc Martí, for the fourth year in a row.

Hyundai will continue to be Official Partner of the RallyRACC, thus allowing the Korean brand to have a prominent position in the whole image and promotion of the rally: on the official poster and on the complete technical documentation; on informative leaflets, the official programme and all kinds of documents; on banderols and many other advertising elements in Salou, presence in the official events, as well as at the Race Control in the PortAventura World Convention Centre, etc.

Hyundai is one of the great protagonists of this season's FIA World Rally Championship. Their i20 Coupé have won three races: France, Argentina and Poland. In 2017, Hyundai is also one of the favourite teams to fight for the Driver's and Manufacturer's Championship, as they are currently in second position in the manufacturer's standings and leading the driver's standings with Thierry Neuville-Nicolas Gilsoul tied with Ogier-Ingrassia. The other two tandems of the team are currently on 5th (Dani Sordo-Marc Martí) and 8th position (Hayden Paddon-Sebastian Marshall).

The Supplementary Regulations of the 53 RallyRACC will be published this week on the "Documents" section of the website www.rallyracc.com, meaning also that the entry period for the event will be opened.
