RACC asks fans to put safety first on the last day of the rally

16/10/2016

The 52 RallyRACC is being one of the editions with the highest attendance due to the sporting interest it arises. Apart from its great entry list, the excellent performance by Dani Sordo-Marc Martí and the chance that the Drivers, Co-drivers and Constructors' titles might be decided will attract a huge amount of spectators. That is why the RACC, the rally organizer, wants to take special care during this last day of competition.

Aman Barfull, 52 RallyRACC Clerk of the Course: The amount of spectators will be huge and we foresee that this Sunday's stages will be full of public. That is why we will boost the safety. The fans' collaboration is key to achieve the safe rally we all want. Today there were some unusual accidents in completely unexpected places, but fortunately, nothing serious happened. We will not take the risk of another situation of this type threatening anyone's safety. We do not want anybody to risk their life, so if the public is not well placed, we will be forced to cancel the stages. This is an appeal to all fans, so that we can all safely enjoy this great show.
