SS 16/SS 18 – Pratdip Special stage guide

General description

It is one of the most contended stages of the RallyRACC. It is very technical in general, with a good surface and wide. It starts running downwards after Coll de Fatxes, the start, to Pratdip; it has a very good asphalt and a fast and twisty track, but always with a good grip. After the spectacular intersection in Pratdip, the stage continues on a narrower section, in worse conditions, with small gradients and at high speed. In the last section, going down, the stage turns to the right heading for Mont-roig del Camp and finishes a few metres from the intersection in Colldejou.

Spectator Area ZP-1

Spectacular intersection at the village Pratdip. The road changes from wide and with good asphalt to narrow and very broken surface. Safe location on the raised areas next to the road, but paying attention, as it is a very strong braking point.

Access: Coming from the AP-7 highway take exit 38 (L’Hospitalet de l’Infant), and continue on the C-44 heading for Tivissa and then the T-310 heading for Pratdip.

Parking: Very limited on the T-310 access road.

Spectator Area ZP-2

Descending intersection heading for Mont-roig del Camp, leaving the paved track that starts in Pratdip to return to a road with a good surface. Very good area with a lot of visibility and space for a correct and safe location of fans on the hillside bordering the whole area.

Access: From Colldejou following the T-322 road coming from La Torre de Fontaubella.

Parking: Limited parking space on the T-322, always leaving one free lane.
