The layout of this year's Shakedown is located once again in the area of Emprius in Salou, but only on the tarmac section, as the rally starts on this type of ground. It is not a qualifying stage, just a simple test run for the vehicles. Access: To avoid problems, it is recommended to go by foot from the city centre, walking in parallel to the C-31B freeway heading towards Reus. Services: Quite large, signposted car park, which might however fill-up quickly. Therefore we recommend arriving early enough and using one of the car parks of the surrounding neighbourhoods.

| Spectator Area-1 |
Since the gravel section is not going to be run this year, the first spectator area is located at the roundabout of the asphalt section, only a few metres from the start. A spectacular location, although the cars won't be passing at high speed. In any case, the novelty in 2013 is that the cars will make a complete lap of more tan 360º at the roundabout (donut-like), as in Riudecanyes, something that will surely boost the show.
