Barcelona, Salou and PortAventura, the best locations for the RallyRACC

If the start in Barcelona in 2012 was recognised as the best in recent years, the start in 2013 will offer all the magic that real competition can bring. The Avenida de la Catedral in Barcelona will be hosting the start of the rally again, but with drivers and cars ready and set to race the first special stages only a few minutes later. 

In addition to Barcelona, Salou, with its finish podium, and the service park located in the large central car park of the leisure theme park PortAventura, will form the triangle that gathers the key points of the Spanish Rally, making up the best nerve centre for the 49 RallyRACC Catalunya-COSTA DAURADA.

The Service Park will also be the venue of the lively commercial area, and the PortAventura Convention Centre will be hosting for the fourth time in a row the race headquarters with the large control centre, as well as the media centre and other services.

Salou will not only be hosting the official finish of the 49 RallyRACC, but also the Shakedown and the last special stage of the second race day, in addition to its Passeig de Jaume I promenade being the venue of the event’s village, a complete commercial and leisure avenue around the world of motoring and sport.
